Exchanges & Structured Learning

Overview

LakeNet coordinates exchanges and facilitates structured learning programs among lake basin management practitioners as a way to share experiences, technologies and practices in lake basin management. With LakeNet's help or through their own initiative, people from many lake regions have established partnerships and exchange programs with other lakes. Sometimes referred to as "sister lake" exchanges, partnerships among lakes are an effective way to promote successful approaches and cooperation at the international, regional, national and local levels. This section of the website includes information about LakeNet's exchanges and structured learning programs.
